Inspired by its namesake family’s 1860s Newport home, the 21-room hotel was completed in 2023 and sits on the water on Lee’s Wharf, steps from the famed Thames Street in Newport, RI.

Gardiner House is a luxury boutique waterfront hotel intentionally designed to welcome guests into a classic Newport setting that celebrates the iconic town’s art, music, history, drink, and love for entertaining.

Arguably the hotel’s signature room, the Studio Bar is a cozy, art-filled space with a timelessly chic character. Featuring an intimate, stylish bar, working wood fireplace, and carefully crafted cocktail menu, this inviting 750 square-foot space seats up to 50 guests.
