The Newport, RI, restaurant, Flora opened in June 2024 inside the Gardiner House. Under the culinary direction of Chef Somoza, Flora offers a vibrant coastal dining experience inspired by Chef's time cooking for royals. The menu celebrates local Rhode Island farms, producers, and fishermen, and reflects the rich culinary traditions of Mediterranean seaside towns from Saint Tropez to Capri to Marbella.
